What we collect, and why.
We count visits with Google Analytics, and where the law asks for a yes first, we ask. We don't run ads, we don't sell anything about you, and what you send us stays between us.

Who we are
Takeoff Digi Labs is an AI studio in Karaikudi, Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, India. We run this website and decide what happens to anything it collects. Questions about this policy or about your data go to hello@takeoffdigilabs.com.
What we collect
Visits, through Google Analytics. Which pages you open, how far you scroll, which links you follow off the site, your device and browser, and roughly where you are (country and city). Google works that out from your IP address and doesn't keep the address itself.
Your choices, in your own browser. Your answer to the cookie question, and whether you turned motion off, are saved on your device so the site remembers them. They're kept in your browser's storage, not in cookies, and never reach us.
Your country, for a moment. When you arrive, our server checks which country your connection comes from, only to decide whether to ask you about cookies. It isn't stored.
What you send us. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, your email and anything you write in the booking form, and passes it to us. If you email us, we get your message and your address.
Server logs. Vercel, which hosts this site, handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, as any web host does.
Why we use it
Analytics, to see which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't. In the EU, the rest of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only with your consent. Elsewhere, because we have a legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used.
Bookings and email, to reply to you and hold the call you asked for, and to do the work if we end up working together.
Hosting, to keep the site running and safe.
What we don't do
We don't run ads, and Google Analytics' advertising features are switched off on this site. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it to build a profile of you for anyone else.
Cookies
The only cookies are Google Analytics' two, _ga and _ga_N6ERYQPFL6, which last up to two years. In the EU, the rest of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they're set only after you say yes, and the footer of every page then has a “Cookies” link to change your answer. A later no switches Analytics off and removes them.
Anywhere, you can block cookies in your browser's settings, or turn Google Analytics off on every site with Google's opt-out add-on.
Who else handles it
Google runs Google Analytics, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Vercel hosts the site. Cal.com handles bookings. Each works under its own terms: Google's privacy policy, Vercel's and Cal.com's.
Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Analytics: for the retention period set on our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months, and then Google deletes it.
Bookings and emails: while we're talking or working together, and afterwards only as long as accounting or legal records require.
Your choices in your browser: until you clear your browser's storage.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or for a copy to take elsewhere. You can object to how we use it, and take back your consent at any time. Laws like the GDPR and the UK GDPR give these rights to people in Europe; we give them to everyone.
Email hello@takeoffdigilabs.com and we'll answer within a month. If you're in the EU, the rest of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland and aren't happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
